Walt Construction was the Construction Manager oversseeing the entire project. Arkineto Architects, the designers came to us when they were in the design stages to integrate with our design build team. The 5-story structure covers a total of 5.5 acres and is designed to host up to 50+ commercial tenants at any given time.
