We have repurposed an old epco 1948 gas station and warehouse into a commercial office complex. Architect Erik Lind sketched the image for us, we maintained the 4 walls only, and the rest was all new. Including new footings, new seismic upgrade to support the existing walls, and we design-built the building to maintain the old look, with all new features.
