Positive Investments properties range from all over the country but are invested deeply in Southern California, This is 1 of the few Lobby Renovations we have competed for the group.

The two-story Lobby Renovation included installation of the new modern glass railings and staircase. We installed 34 custom fabricated light fixtures in our Fabrication shop, 'Crystal Stone' tile, a parapet wall and a host of additional upgrades. Positive Investments now boasts a grand new lobby at the Santa Anita Avenue office in Arcadia, CA.
