Walt Construction remodeled an 8-story commercial building. Outfitting the building with a new modern Lobby, including rare wall wood finishes, Italian granite, and custom furnishings throughout. The exterior was painted black with special made outdoor uplight fixtures. This a very unique and the only high rise in Arcadia, CA.
