Walt Construction has been a valued Paul Getty Foundation contractor for many years and we have completed 100's of projects, and a wide range of services for The Getty Villa, The Getty Center, Getty Scholar Housing, the Foundation and Trust. Projects include the central Pool Renovation in the Outdoor Garden at the Villa, outdoor grading, concrete and asphalt, indoor wood cabinetry and level 5 finish offices and other areas. In addition, we completed moisture abatement, waterproofing, and control for the Antiquities Building and other projects. We have installed/upgraded sewer, storm drain and water systems. In addition to maintaining budgets and schedules, we have continued to provide high end finishing that is up to par with the best of museum standards.
