FERRARO SPORTS COMPLEX SOCCER FIELDS, LOS ANGELES, CA

We installed all infrastructure for four new synthetic soccer fields at the Ferraro Sports Complex in Los Angeles. The upgrades to the storm drain system were extensive, in addition, we replaced miles of fire hydrant pipe lines as part of Griffith Park. One of our biggest challenges was the drainage into LA River, where water from 5 fwy and 134 fwy drains via park into LA River. The finished product was a succesful soccer complex used by the competitive soccer community. At the ribbon cutting, AYSO hosted 4,000 kids on these beautiful fields.
